Thank you for the work you do. Tell us who you are and we will check the claim against public records, then set up your account. Nothing on this page is published.

To show the organization is yours you will need its IRS EIN letter (CP 575 or 147C) as a PDF or a photo, and either an email at the organization’s own website domain or someone who reads the email, answers the phone or opens the mail Kinshare has on record for it.

Do not enter health information, a Social Security, card, bank account or ID number, immigration status or a password in your name or this message. A claim that holds one is not sent.

Kinshare holds no health information. Organizations that provide medical care, such as ambulance services, clinics and hospitals, are welcome to list and to receive referrals, but their staff do not send referrals about people who are their patients.
