Breckenridge Village is a Christ-centered community for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. The organization provides residential and habilitation services through an ICF/IID Medicaid Waiver Program, focusing on empowering residents to develop spiritually, socially, mentally, emotionally, and physically in a safe environment. Services: residential services; day-habilitation program; individualized case management and service planning; access to medical personnel; 24/7 live-in personnel for activities of daily living; daily medication administration; transportation to health care appointments; health monitoring; habilitation through Day Program activities; competitive vocational skills training; social skills training; life skills classes; leisure activities; therapets; aerobics; swimming pool; equine therapy; creative expressions; hand bells; nature walking; art; culinary arts; knitting; candle making; recycling group; volunteering at Meals on Wheels; volunteering at East Texas Food Bank; volunteering at Hangers of Hope.
