Valley AIDS Council provides HIV prevention, education, and testing services for people living with HIV in South Texas. They are the only Ryan White funded agency providing medical care and supportive services for people living with HIV in the lower Rio Grande Valley on the US/Mexico border. Services: HIV prevention; HIV education; HIV testing; HIV medical care; Supportive services; HIV/STI diagnosis; HIV/STI treatment; Case management; HIV prevention and testing; Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP); Linkage to care; Retention in care; Support services; Support groups; Community advisory board; Housing; Pharmacy; Lab services; Dental care; Behavioral health care; Gender affirming care; Medical care; Condom distribution; Health promotion; Community mobilization; HIV/STI testing; Home testing by mail.
