North Texas Prescribed Burn Association is a Texas non-profit organization that provides education and training on prescribed burning practices. It serves landowners and volunteers across 28 counties in Texas. Services: providing opportunities for members and non-members to expand knowledge about prescribed burning; education and training on safe and effective use of prescribed burning; providing education on fostering community relations regarding prescribed burning; providing equipment and expertise for practicing prescribed burning; using prescribed burning for natural resource recovery; using prescribed and burning for preservation of natural resources; using prescribed burning for fire protection and prevention.
