Churches United In Caring is a community-based organization that mobilizes the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors from area churches and the community to put God's love into action to meet basic essentials of those in need. Established in 1983 by area ministers in response to an abundance of need from families who moved under the San Jacinto River Bridge into what was known as "Tent City". Services: Food Pantry; Clothing Support; Personal Needs; Bill Pay and Fuel Assistance.
