Day 1 Bags is a nonprofit that provides brand new duffle bags and backpacks to foster youth instead of trash bags when they are moved from home to shelter. Their mission is to eliminate the use of trash bags as luggage for foster youth by giving them dignity through the gift of a Day 1 Bag.
