About this service
CTD is the largest and oldest member-driven cross-disability organization in Texas. CTD works to ensure that persons with disabilities may work, live, learn, play and participate fully in the community of their choice. Services: governmental advocacy; public awareness activities; professional disability consulting; Capitol Care CDS (Medicaid STAR+PLUS and STAR Kids attendant care services).
