LifeChange Housing Associates (LCHA) provides affordable transitional housing and supportive services to help homeless individuals and families in Irving achieve permanent housing. Since 2021, LCHA has partnered with the Irving Community Action Network and other organizations to run the Irving Inclement Weather Shelter during severe winter weather. Services: Emergency Shelter; Identification Assistance; Housing Assistance; Healthcare; Income Assistance; Housing Resource Center.
