About this service
ASIANS AGAINST DOMESTIC ABUSE INC provides culturally sensitive and language-specific services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking across Greater Houston’s Asian, Middle Eastern and North African communities. AADA serves women from the Greater Asian and MENA communities in Houston, Texas, with a focus on helping survivors transition towards a future free from abuse and full of opportunities for growth and empowerment. Services: Safety planning; Advocacy; Legal advocacy; Transitional housing; Economic empowerment; Health navigation and women’s wellness; Career training and coaching; Financial literacy education; Job placement assistance; Contextualized adult education; Mental health resources; Empowerment Workshops; Zero Tolerance for FGM; Stand Against Forced Marriage; Elder Abuse.
