The Resource & Crisis Center of Galveston County provides free comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Their mission is to promote safety, well-being, and best interests of victims while advocating for prevention of such crimes. Services: 24-hour sexual assault and domestic violence crisis hotline; residential emergency shelter; case management; safety planning; advocacy; medical accompaniment; therapy referrals; legal referrals; referrals to legal services; empowerment exchange podcast; chapters of courage book club.
