CC4C is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life for Texas children living with rare and undiagnosed medical conditions. Founded in 2012, CC4C provides financial assistance, whole-family wellness programs, Dream Teams, and uplifting events to help families overcome isolation and build community.
