REACH CILS provides independent living support, veteran directed care, and home accessibility services to people with disabilities and veterans in Tarrant, Denton, Dallas, and Collin counties. Their mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and communities to lead full and fulfilling lives through inclusion and accessibility.
