About this service
ESCAPEES CARE CENTER provides a safe haven with professional assistance at affordable prices for retired RVers who need help with daily living due to age or health issues. The program allows residents to stay in their own RVs with services like meals, maintenance, transportation, and social activities while aiming to delay or eliminate the need for nursing homes or assisted living. Services: Professional help for things residents may no longer be able to do; Meals in community shared dining room; Access to own storage building; Maintenance for propane and holding tanks; Site maintenance with weekly mowing and daily trash pick-up; Laundry picked up, washed, dried and folded or delivered weekly; Light housekeeping inside RV every other week; Transportation to medical appointments and local businesses; Weekly Walmart and HEB shopping trips; Scheduled activities such as bingo, domino's, card and board games; Social activities including exercise, craft projects, parties, special events; Respite care program for daytime assistance; Nurse on duty eight hours during business day for Respite Program; Coded door system for safety in Respite Program; Assist with medications, including injections; Assist with bathing and personal grooming; Assist with eating up to three meals; Assist with toileting and toilet hygiene; Assist with walking and exercises; Monitor blood pressure, weight, general health; Full hook-up site with private storage shed; Three meals per day including holidays; Housekeeping and laundry service; Propane costs and electricity charges.
