TAPKARD INC serves teenage girls aged 13-17 in residential care and young women aged 18-21 who have aged out of foster care in East Texas. They address gaps in foster care by providing specialized services for children and teens in East Texas who are struggling to find safe placements. Services: Residential care for teenage girls; Supervised Independent Living for young women; Family Support services; Mental Health and Behavioral Services; Group and Individual Counseling; Medication Management; Case Management; Crisis Intervention.
