About this service
Angel Reach is a Christian organization committed to serving at-risk children and youth who have aged out of foster care or are at risk of homelessness. They provide two life-changing programs: Kinship Family Care and Transitional Living for at-risk youth, focusing on coaching, counseling, advocacy, and support to help clients achieve self-sufficiency. Services: coaching; counseling; advocacy; training; food pantry; clothing assistance; case management; transportation; life skills training; mentoring.
