About this service
Horizon Outreach provides mission-driven programs for military and non-military families since 2010, focusing on reintegration, fatherhood, homelessness prevention, and employment services. The organization has assisted over 11,560 individuals and families, including 3,560+ military veterans, through comprehensive support services that promote self-sufficiency and stability. Services: re-entry services for men and women; parenting & relationship education for at-risk youth and parents; intensive case management services; workforce development programs that provide job certifications; financial literacy and life-skills workshops; healthy parenting/relationship education; resources to increase economic stability; curriculum-based financial literacy and life-skills workshops; pathways to permanent housing and healthy living; re-entry services for formerly incarcerated individuals; street outreach and seminars for homeless individuals.
