HCWC empowers survivors of abuse in Hays and Caldwell Counties since 1978. They provide free and confidential services including shelter, counseling, advocacy, and crisis intervention for victims of family violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. Services: Crisis intervention; Shelter; Counseling; Advocacy; Child Advocacy Center; Internet Safety HELPline; HEARTeam; Community education.
