The MacGuire Center serves youth in foster care who age out of the system by providing life skills training, adulting classes, and support services. The organization focuses on helping former foster youth transition into adulthood with programs including financial management, career preparation, and social networking opportunities. Services: Adulting Classes & Support; Life Skills training; Budgeting & Financial Management; Mentoring and Volunteering opportunities; Career and Employment casework services; Cooking and Nutrition classes; Assistance in obtaining driver’s license; Food handlers card; First Aid and CPR certification; Socialize & Network; Computer & Internet Access; Tutoring and support for school and vocational training.
