The Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas (EFCST) was founded in 1993 to improve the quality of life of nearly 160,000 persons with epilepsy residing in 79 Central and South Texas counties. The organization provides medical, educational, and social services to individuals with epilepsy and their families. Services: Seizure Clinics; Emergency Medical Assistance; Helmets; Support Groups; Counseling; Youth Programs; HOBSCOTCH Memory Program; Education & Training; Scholarship Program.
