Regional Victim Crisis Center is an independent, non-profit 501c3 organization serving victims of sexual assault and other violent crimes in Abilene and the surrounding areas since 1977. They provide confidential services with professional and state licensed counselors on staff and highly-trained victim advocate volunteers available 24/7 to assist victims in crisis. Services: 24/7 crisis line; confidential services; professional and state licensed counselors on staff; highly-trained victim advocate volunteers on call 21/7.
