Change 1 helps youth and young adults ages 15–26 transitioning out of foster care gain access to life-changing opportunities through mentorship, life skills, and community support. The organization focuses on empowering young people to realize their full potential by bridging gaps in support during their transition into adulthood. Services: life skills support; workforce readiness; community partnerships; wellness initiatives; meaningful experiences; mentorship; access to resources; advocacy; community support; restorative practices; summer youth employment events; hair care workshop; homeless diversion; thanksgiving 2026.
