WOGM Together We Can is a federally recognized 501c(3) Nonprofit Corporation in the Greater Houston Area that provides relief to the unsheltered, elderly, and disabled while promoting excellence and improving quality of life for the lower socioeconomic population in poverty-stricken communities of Northeast Houston. Services: Innovative Youth (Summer Enrichment Program); WeCare Program (Supporting the Homeless); Brighter Day Program (Assisting the Elderly and Disabled); Healthy Habits (Health and Nutrition Awareness); (WSWYC) Women Supporting Women, Youth, Children.
