About this service
Brown Family Health Center provides comprehensive primary care and HIV/AIDS services to residents of Nacogdoches County and 11 surrounding Texas counties. They offer free HIV and syphilis testing, case management, housing assistance, and nutritional counseling for individuals living with HIV/AIDS who are low income or at risk of homelessness. Services: General Health; Prevention & Wellness; Routine Vaccinations and Immunizations; Supportive Services; Department of Transportation (DOT) physical; School, sports, pediatric and well-woman exams; Acute illness care for such things as common cold, allergies, and ear infections; Chronic illness treatment for such things as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol; HIV Treatment; HIV testing; Syphilis testing; Gonorrhea testing; Chlamydia testing; Case management; Medication adherence counseling; Educational workshops; Financial assistance; Wellness services; Housing assistance; Nutritional counseling; HOPWA services; Short-Term (STRMU) housing assistance; Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA).
