CAARD is a 501(c)(3) organization focused on advancing African American recovery through capacity building, education, and advocacy. They provide services including start-up support for new Black-led Recovery Community Organizations, technical training for existing RCOs, and strategic planning assistance to help organizations achieve sustainable impact.
